Description	[Document 1] Report on proposed changes to be made to the harbour for the Northern Steam Navigation Co. Includes the requirement of suitable Sheds [for the storage of goods] and to be situated in 'desirable' location. It goes on to specify other changes that would be required including to the the rail lines on quay. [Document 2] Request for an approprate location to store goods and the erection of [?] poles around the harbour. [Document 3] Continuation of the previous two documents.
