Minutes of meetings of the Town Council, and of annual elections: councillors and magistrates in September, stent masters in October or November, and a Commissioner to attend the Convention of Royal Burghs in June. The minute book includes information on financial administration, admission of burgesses, approval of sasines, administration of weights and measures by the Dean of Guild, work at Guthrie harbour, and appointment of Town employees (including terms for employment of Town Clerk and executioner, 1730).
