| Administrative History | St. Comb's Special Water Supply and Drainage Districts were formed in 1931, and in 1933 the Water District was expanded to include Charlestown.
It was expanded again in 1936, and at the same time Special Lighting and Scavenging Districts were set up, following the same boundaries.
The Scavenging District was adopted into the county system in 1949, and the Drainage and Lighting Districts followed in 1968. |
