| Administrative History | A Special Drainage and Water Supply District was formed for Rothienorman in Fyvie parish in 1930. The Special Scavenging District was debated in 1938, and formed the following year. It was adopted into the county system in 1949, and the drainage and lighting functions in the area were taken over by the county council in 1968. |
