The Log book records the flying career of Sunderland aircraft W4018, a four engined, high wing monoplane flying boat whose crew were Flight Officers Booth, Easton, Willett and Buddle with Sergeants Graham, Taylor, Weir, Nickels, Mawer and Saward and Flight Sergeant Coderre. The plane operated from August 1943 until it crashed on landing on Oct 1943 after suffering flak damage.
The Log Book was compiled by the Chief Librarian of the Air Ministry in London in 1947. |
