The Council elected the following thirteen Burgesses to be members of the new Council for the year 1805 to 1806: Baillie William Shepherd, Baillie Peter Duguid, Baillie Robert Garden, Baillie William Lumsden, Alexander More, William Johnston, Thomas Black, John Young, James Young junior, Alexander Pirie, John Catto, Alexander Low and George Storey, all merchants in Aberdeen. The Council elected the following four members of the old Council to be members of the new Council: Provost Thomas Leys, Baillie Charles Farquharson, Baillie Alexander Galen and Mr Alexander Brebner. (208r - 208v)

The Council elected Deacon John Barron, watchmaker, and Deacon John Ligertwood, wright, to be Trades councillors. (208v)

The Council (and Alexander Duffus, Daniel Mowat, John Allan, George Hunter, John Pittendrigh, Francis Smith, John Allan, meal seller, Patrick Barron and William Paterson, Burgesses of Guild, as Assistants) elected the following office bearers for the year 1805 to 1806:

Baillie William Shepherd - Eldest Baillie
Baillie Charles Farquharson - Second Baillie
Baillie Robert Garden - Third Baillie
Baillie Alexander Galen - Youngest Baillie
Alexander More - Dean of Guild

George Storey - Master of Kirk and Bridge Works
Alexander Low - Master of Mortifications
John Catto - Master of Guild Brethren's Hospital

The Council elected Provost Alexander Brebner, Baillie Charles Farquharson and Baillie Robert Garden to be Keepers of the Keys of the Town's Charter Chest for the year 1805 to 1806. (209r)

The Council elected the Provost, the four Baillies, the Dean of Guild, Provost Leys, Baillie Duguid, Baillie Lumsden and Mr John Young as Commissioners of Infeftments for the year 1805 to 1806; and the two Trades councillors as Auditors of the Town's Accounts. (209r - 209v)
