The Council authorised the magistrates to expose to public roup the feu duties and superiority of the Lands of Lochside belonging to the Dean of Guild, on the same terms as the sale of the feu duties and superiority of the Lands of Leddach, following an application from George Skene Esq of Skene, feuar of the Lands of Lochside. The Council authorised the magistrates to negotiate with the agents of the Earl of Aberdeen and Miss Dyce of Disblair, for the disposal of the feu duties and superiorities of their Lands of Kinmundy and Boddoms, in the Parish of New Machar. (231r) |
