The Council granted an application from the Kirk Session of Old Machar, with the concurrence of the Presbytery of Aberdeen, requesting a grant of the strip of the Town's Commonty between the boundary of the Skait Croft, belonging to the Chapel of Ease, and the Old Rubislaw Road, on payment either of £150, or of £7 15 yearly feu duty. The Council authorised the Provost to subscribe a further £400, if necessary, to enable the completion of the Aberdeenshire Canal. (239v)

The Council enacted that, after 15 May 1806, all bull beef exposed to sale in the Flesh Market should be displayed separately from other meat, on a stall devoted to that purpose; and all sellers of bull beef be required to inform the buyer of the quality of the meat, on penalty of forfeiture of the bull beef, and payment of 20 shillings. (239v - 240r)

The Council approved the Provost's report that the following superiorities had been purchased by private bargain, no one having offered for the superiorities at the public roups:
The superiority of the Half Barony of Torrie and the Lands of Kirkhill, belonging to the Master of Mortifications, was purchased by Alexander Crombie, on behalf of [no name given], for £840.
The superiority of the Lands of Gilcomston, belonging to the Master of Kirk and Bridge Work, was purchased by Dr Alexander Dauney, on behalf of John Brebner Esq of Disblair, for £400.
The Provost's report also stated that the feu duties and superiority of the Lands of South Kinmundy had been sold to Miss Dyce of Disblair for £930 11 shillings 10 pence, to be paid to the Master of the Guild Brethren's Hospital.

The Council approved the Provost's report that a one-year lease of the Weigh House and Pack House Dues had been sold to David Lawrence, residing in Aberdeen, for £150 rent. (240v)
