The Council recommended to their successors to apply to the Police Commissioners to obtain a valuation by a jury appointed by the Sheriff, of the properties in the line of the new street between Union Street and Tannerie Street, in order to effect the purchase of those properties. (248r - 248v)
The Council accepted the £100 offered by a committee of the Kirk Session of Old Machar for the piece of the Town's Commonty lying between the Skait Croft and the Old Rubislaw Road, instead of the £150 or £7 15 shillings feu duty demanded by the Act of Council of 6 May 1806. (248v - 249r) |
