The Council visited the Harbour and Piers which were found to be in good repair, although William Johnston, mason and Overseer of the Works within the Harbour, was directed to remove a bank of recently formed mud from the foundation of the Upper or Town's Quay between the Sugar House and the Lime Sheds.
