Description	Council meeting, 20 August 1820 [Sederunt given] The Council ratified the amendments to the regulations for carters and backmen of coals established by an Act of Council of 1 May 1820 made by the magistrates on the suggestion of the carters and backmen of coals. The Council ordered the regulations to be printed for the information and direction of all concerned. (229v - 230r) The Council admitted seven Burgesses of Guild and three Craftsmen. [No names given.] (230r)
