The Council resolved that the marches on the east and north of the Lands of Countesswells should be adjusted along the line agreed by the Provost, magistrates and committee of the Council with James Gammel Esq of Countesswells, and that the Town's rights over the Mosses of Countesswells, should be discharged in favour of Mr Gammell for the consideration of £250.
