The Council approved the sale of the casualties of superiority and feu duty for the Lochlands to Mr James Staats Forbes, sometime merchant in Aberdeen, now residing at Fallside, proprietor of the Lochlands, for £162 10 shillings, plus £50 at the end of every twenty years from 30 June 1815. (57r)
