John Bisset, merchant - £6
Marianus Massie, merchant - £6
John Walker, merchant - £5
Charles Reid, merchant - £5
John Webster, mason - £4
Mrs Collison, widow of Baillie John Collison - £8
Agnes Gray, widow of George Gray - £4
Mrs McConnachie, widow of Alexander McConnachie, shoemaker - £3
Mrs Low, widow of David Low, auctioneer - £3 bursary for one of her children
Helen Wright, widow of John Elphinston, ropemaker - £4 bursary
Margaret Christie, widow of Robert Spark - £4
Ann Gill, widow of John Gill, merchant - £5
Widow Connon, daughter of Andrew Davidson, Burgess of Guild - £4 bursary for one of her children and £1 for herself
Jane Burnett, daughter of John Burnett, bookseller - £4
Janet Aitken, widow of William Duguid, manufacturer - £3 orphan's bursary for each of her children

The following pensioners were granted additional sums to their existing pensions from the Poor's Fund:

Mrs Ross, widow of James Ross - £4
The Council directed all other pensions from the Town's Funds to be continued unaltered.

The Council authorised Andrew Duncan, the Treasurer, to receive from Mr William Mackie, the Master of Shoreworks, a renewed bill or promissory note for the principal sum due by the Harbour Trustees and to endorse and deposit the same with the cashier of the Aberdeen Banking Company in lieu of the former bill. (226v)
The Council authorised the Treasurer to borrow such sums of money as may be required at the ensuing term for paying off any of the Town's creditors. (227r)
