The Clerk laid before the Council various estimates for the mason work of the gateway at the proposed new entry to the Churchyard through Mr Lamond's feu in St Nicholas Street according to Mr Smith's plan, which being considered they accepted the tender of John Mitchell, mason, being the lowest at £137 10 shillings.
