The Council appointed the Dean of Guild's Assessors for the year Michaelmas 1821 to Michaelmas 1822: Alexander Brown and James Milne, two of the present Baillies, Messrs Alexander Brebner, James Hadden, Alexander Duthie, late Dean of Guild, Robert Brown, Alexander Galen, Robert Garden, William Davidson, John Whyte, John Lumsden and Robert Catto, all merchants in Aberdeen. The Council admitted David Carter and John Walker, blacksmiths, as Craftsmen. (4r) |
