(47r - 47v) The Council approved the sale in way of feu of the lands of Wester Carney, lying in the Parish of Skene and belonging to the Dean of Guild, to Charles Donaldson, advocate in Aberdeen, on behalf of James Knowles Esq of Kirkville at £275 annual feu duty and various victual dues [dues detailed].
