Description"Charter by Robert I granted with the advice and ordinance "proborum Regni" giving and setting in feu to the Burgesses and Community of his Burgh of Aberdeen his said Burgh of Aberdeen and the Forest of Stocket; to be held by them their heirs and Successors for ever, or him and his heirs, in fee, and heritage and free burgage, with the Mills, Waters, Fishings, Small Customs, Tolls, Courts, Weights, Measures, and all other liberties etc. of right and Custom pertaining to the same; and Rendering therefor £213.6.8 Sterling yearly to his Chamberlain's Office at the usual terms..."
