Description"Charter by King James II stating that the Market to be held for a fortnight at the feast of the Holy Trinity from the "dies dominica qua cantatur Quasi modo geniti", had been granted to the Burgesses and Community of Aberdeen by Robert I and his predecessors and altering the commencement of the said Market from the said time to the feast of the blessed Michael de Monte Tumba (16 October) thence to continue for a fortnight as formerly.
Said Charter is dated at Edinburgh, 26th March 1458."
