Description | "Decreet by the Lords of Council in the Action at the instance of Andro Wod [Andrew Wood] and his Majesty's Advocate, against the Alderman, Baillies, and Community of Aberdeen finding that "for ocht that thai have [y]it sene" the Forest of the Stokket, belonged to the said Alderman, Baillies and Community, the Defenders, by virtue of the Charter of Robert the Bruce in their favour produced in Court by Alexander Rede [Reed], Alderman of Aberdeen, Procurator for the Burgh always "but preiudice of our Souerane Lord's Richt".
