Description	Agreeing to dispose of house in Luxembourg Close for £90. Note overleaf saying that James Farquhar is only a life renter and that the Fee is in the persons of the children of James Farquhar, merchant in Aberdeen and Elizabeth Runcie. The children being minors and the father excluded from all concern, no proper right can be granted to the trustees prior to an application to the sherriff.
