DescriptionDescribes land, fishings and meadows granted to him in charter of 1613, which had remained in his possession since until 1715 when he was "forced out to ye rebellione" [presumably the 1715 Jacobite rebellion] and deprived of his right to the fishings of Lochbrain adjoining meadows by the Duke's managers. Fergussone denies that he was engaged in the late rebellion.
