DescriptionMemo from James Ross, 9th February 1878. James Brown had spoken to James Ross two years prior concerning lease of Robert Innes's shop upon becoming vacant. James Ross recommends knocking the shops into one to be made available to James Brown for the rent of £50 for three years. The company would paint and whitewash both shops. Letter is before Management Committee of 8th July 1878.
