And I appoint the said John Otto Macqueen whom failing the said Mary Abercromby Macqueen, whom failing William Anderson Haldane, Apprentice Writer to the Signet Edinburgh, to by my sole Executor. And I provide that any benefit which may arise to the said Mary Abercromby Macqueen under these presents shall be at her own disposal during her life, and shall not fall under or be held as conveyed by her Marriage Contract.
