4. William Simpson, MA: 16 September 1880 - 7 September 1883. From South Burreldales, Alvah,
Banff.
5. William McLean, MA: 3 October 1883 - 4 April 1889. From Fochabers, and moved to new Byth.
6. James Philip, MA: 12 June 1889 - November 1898. Lived at 18 Crown Street, Aberdeen, before
moving to Crathie.
7. Mr. R. C. G. Rose, MA: 21 March 1899 - 14 August 1901. From Aberdeen. Mr. Rose had to
resign after a fracas with a member of the School Board, Reverend William Souper, Free Church
