Administrative HistoryThe Dumbreck and Orchardtown estates were owned by Robert Gordon's Hospital prior to being transferred to the AET in 1909 under the terms of the Robert Gordon's Technical College and Aberdeen Endowments Trust Order. They are located in the parish of Udny, Aberdeenshire, near Pitmedden.

The Hospital had purchased Orchardtown in 1732 and Dumbreck in 1733.
