TitleAberdeen Harbour Board: Report by Finance Committee with application for aid by James Copland, James Brown and Isabelle & Jane Morrison
Description[Document 1] accepts the application of financial aid due to service at the harbour of James Copland [Mason], who had since died before the aid being granted; the aid should instead be given to his widow. The applications of James Brown [Labourer], Isabella & Jane Morrison [daughters of the late Alexander Morrison] are refused aid. [Document 2] acknowledges further requests for aid by parties who have since died, those being George Phillip and James M [?], and whose widows are both to receive £5. Finally, it mentions William Black, who is to be placed on a list of recipients of aid due to being unable to find work.
