TitleAberdeen Harbour Board: Photograph of men unloading coal from a steamer, with a schooner alongside, at quayside Aberdeen
DescriptionMen carrying coal cargo off a ship onto the quayside, where a horse and cart are waiting. A smaller schooner appears to be moored between the ship and the quayside with two men aboard. The letters "Spr" from the ship's name are just visible on the right of the shot. Many men are on the deck of the larger ship and a man is also sat in the back of the cart.
The spire's of the Town House and the Citadel are visible in the distance, so it is likely that the ship is at the Albert Quay.
