Description	Decreet of Transumpt for the Burgh of Banff of the Precept and Instrument of Sasine issuing upon King James VI Charter of Confirmation and Novadamus to the said Burgh on 5 July 1592. Decreet of Transumpt dated 20 July 1633, orders the Instrument of Sasine issuing from King James VI Charter (included in the same document) to be engrossed in the Burgh Protocol Book (i.e. Burgh's record of Title Deeds) [Transcript in William Cramond's Annals of Banff pp 409 - 411]
