The minutes include minutes of the roup of the small customs, ferry boat and common grass, appointment of new officers and record of officers taking the oath de fideli administratione. Dated 6 Oct 1649 - 9 Jan 1650, 30 Sep 1656 - 7 Oct 1682.

The minute book also includes an engrossed table of shore dues, 10 February 1660, and an engrossed renunciation and grant of redemption by Gilbert Mair, shoemaker burgess of Banff, to Thomas Pis [?] of Cullynort of four riggs of land, registered 1 Apr 1662. At the end of the volume is the form of the solemn oath for admission of burgesses, not dated [late seventeenth century]. The final page was used as a borrowing register in 1660 and 1702.
