Minutes of meetings of the Bailie Court. Consists of brief notes of proceedings in cases. The minutes also include regulations anent fleshers (8 Sep 1767) and an enactment anent fishers (25 February 1775). From 1769 contains articles and minutes of roup of the Town's common good (shore dues, small customs, salmon fishings, bleachfield, Hospital house, the Shambles, Town's grass, dung from the streets). The endpapers were used as a borrowing register between 1770 and 1776. Dated 14 Nov 1761 - 15 Aug 1765, 28 Mar 1767 - 8 Sep 1767, 1 Apr 1769 - 10 May 1777.
