| Administrative History | Formed originally as part of the Kincardinshire Commissioners of Supply, but latterly part of the Tribunals Service, and referred to as the General Commissioners for Income Tax Tribunal - Kincardine Division. The Commissioners heard appeals on various taxation matters including slow payment of accounts, incomplete tax return forms, and overpayment of taxes. The Tribunals were abolished in March 2009. |
