Description	In two parts. 1. Petition of George Law Shore and Berthmaster of the harbour of Stonehaven with concurrence of Thomas Kinnear, Writer in Stonehaven. Every vessel coming into the harbour having a rope first ashore shall have a preferable title to a berth to any other vessel coming in the same tide. Accuses James Largie, Master of the Peggie & Elizabeth of breaking these regulations. 2. Minutes on the Complaint 26th May 1824.
