(339) – Feuars Appoints Committee on Smithymuir, 1794: The feuars of Stonehaven agree to set up a committee to handle the division of the Smiddymuir/Smithymuir. Signed by the town feuars.
(344) – Minute of Meeting renouncing Smiddymuir, 1798: Minutes of the Meeting where the town feuars and baillies give ownership of the Smiddymuir commonty to Lord Keith
(345) – Copy of Letter from Robert Hill to Peter Christian Writer, 1799: Letter from Robert Hill (Lord Keith’s Commissioner) to Peter Christian Writer over the drafting of new town charters and the potential problems they could cause
(346) –: Copy of Letter from the Feuars of Stonehaven to the Baillies,1803: A letter requesting that the Baillies call a general meeting of the feuars to be held at the Tollbooth sometime in February. The meeting would be to determine necessary measures in repairing the harbour from recent storm damage
(365) – Memorial and Queries for James Thomson Esquire and other Proprietors of houses in Stonehaven, 1805: Gives brief history of town before going into depth of the causes and current status of the dispute over land with Lord Keith
(368) – Memoir for the Feuars of Stonehaven, 1802: Gives context to the dispute over land ownership and the granting (or not granting) of charters to the feuars.
