Description	Notes that the feuars and inhabitants had "some time ago" had a dispute with the country part of the parish of Dunnottar regarding the location for a school - discusses the inpracticality of pupils from Stonehaven travelling a mile and a half to schools in the country - discusses charter from the Earl Marischal allowing funds to be used for this purpose.
