Title	Stonehaven Town Council: Bundle of papers re. R.W. Thomson
Description	Thomson was the inventor of the pneumatic tyre, and was born in Stonehaven in 1822. Bundle includes correspondence between the Town Clerk and the Royal Scottish Automobile Club about marking the centenary of Thomson's birth by unveiling a tablet in Market Square. Includes leaflet produced by the RSAC about the unveiling of a tablet, with a photograph of the tablet and Thomson.
