| Administrative History | In the will of Eveline May Dyce Nicol dated 1944, £2000 was bequeathed to be held in trust and the income applied for the benefit of poor persons resident in Stonehaven, in memory of her late husband's great grandfather (possibly James Dyce Nicol?). Eveline Dyce Nicol died in 1945.
The fund appears to have been administered jointly with the Elder Fund from the 1960s.
As of 2015 the Bequest was administered by Aberdeenshire Council as part of the Stonehaven & Lower Deeside Charitable Trusts. |
