| Administrative History | Fetterangus Special Water Supply District was in place at least from 1906, when £500 was borrowed to build a water supply works.
Fetterangus Special Drainage District was set up in 1933.
A Special Scavenging District was set up in 1934, based on the water supply boundaries, and in 1946 a Special Lighting District, using the same boundaries, was also formed.
The Special Scavenging District was adopted into the county system in 1949, and the Special Drainage and Lighting Districts were taken over by the county in 1968. |
