Administrative History | Kincardine O'Neil was first appointed a managing subcommittee of the Kincardine O'Neil Special Drainage and Water Supply in October 1894. Following local government reorganisation in 1930, the new Kincardine O'Neil Special districts Committee met on 29 July 1930 in terms of the Local Government (Scotland) Act, 1929.
The Special Lighting District was enlarged in 1934, and along with the Special Drainage District was adopted by the county in 1968.
The Special Scavenging District was formed and adopted by the county in 1949. |
