First printed cards, from 1960s/1970s, record: religion (Protestant or Roman Catholic), sex, marital status, telephone number, name, address, date of burth, superannuation number, GTC registration number, school, post, date of appointment, university (degree, date, subject, standards), training/recognition (secondary/primary certificate, Art. 39, Art. 37 (b), Art. 55, Art. 51) and appointments/dates. Also note of being x-rayed (presumably as part of tuberculosis screening programme). Second typewritten cards, from late 1980s/early 1990s, record: name, registration number, address, date of birth, telephone number, transport arrangements, ages taught and preferences for schools, and school employed at and dates. These appear to be for supply or relief teachers.
