| Administrative History | Rothiemay Special Water Supply District was formed and given a Government grant under the Rural Water Supplies Act, 1934. Drainage functions were added in 1937, and the whole scheme was to cost £1450, partly funded by the Department of Health. A Special Lighting District was requisitioned in 1948 and formed in 1949, and a Special Scavenging District was formed in 1955. |
