| Administrative History | A Special Drainage District for Cowie, in the parish of Fetteresso, was proposed by the Local Committee on Public Health in 1949, and approved. A Special Scavenging District was proposed and approved in 1951, but was dissolved in 1961 as the area was to be covered by the new County refuse scheme. A Special Lighting District was proposed in 1968. |
