| Administrative History | Kinneff Special Scavenging District was proposed in 1947 by the Local Committee for Public Health, in connexion with a new county refuse scheme. A Special Drainage District was set up in 1958, based on the Special Scavenging District. The Special Scavenging District was dissolved in 1961 as the area was to be covered by a new larger County refuse scheme. |
