The Council remitted to the magistrates, or any three of them, to arrange the public roup of a one-year lease of the Weigh House and Pack House Dues on 3 May 1806, and the public roup of the superiority of the Lands of Gilcomston, belonging to the Master of Kirk and Bridge Works, on 26 May 1806. The Council authorised the magistrates, or any three of them, to build a dyke between the Town's Commonty in the Links and the ground belonging to private proprietors, provided the proprietors agree to pay a proportional share of the cost of erection. (235v - 236r) |
