The Council approved the report of the committee appointed on 15 May 1801 to consider the sale of feu duties, which judged that the Council funds would benefit from the sale of the following feu duties:
Provost Young's part of Whitemyres, belonging to the Treasurer - £55 16 shillings 8 pence
Heirs of Robert Dyce, part of Whitemyres, belonging to the Treasurer - £61 10 shillings
William Grant's lot of Whitemyres, belonging to the Treasurer - £48
Several lots of Gilcomston, belonging to the Master of Kirk and Bridge Works - £210 13 shillings 5 pence
South Kinmundy, belonging to the Hospital [Guild Brethren's Hospital] - £38 13 shillings 9 pence
North Kinmundy, belonging to the Hospital [Guild Brethren's Hospital] - £42 10 shillings
Boddoms, belonging to the Hospital [Guild Brethren's Hospital] - £26 17 shillings 6 pence
The upper parks of the Stocket belonging to Mr Stuart and others - £44 8 shillings 7 pence
The Stocket parks formerly planted belonging to Provost More and others - £66 17 shillings 7 pence
The parks and grounds near Hillton belonging to Sir William Johnston - £49 18 shillings 6 pence

The Council remitted to the same committee to consider the conditions of sale, particularly whether to dispose of the feu duties by public roup or private bargain, the rate at which they should be sold and whether casualties for entry should be sold along with the feu duties. (44r - 45v)

The Council admitted twenty-eight Burgesses of Guild and four Craftsmen. [No names given]. (45v - 46r)

The Council declined the proposal of Miss May Mowat to manage a legacy left by her aunt for the establishment of a charity school on the Lands of Elsick. Management of the school had already been declined by the minister and elders of the Parish of Fetteresso, owing to the regulations for the administration of the fund approved by the Council on 17 March 1800.
