The Council elected the following thirteen Burgesses to be members of the new Council for the year 1803 to 1804: Baillie Peter Duguid, Baillie William Lumsden, Baillie James Murray, Alexander More, Thomas McCombie, Thomas Black, William Johnston, George Tower, James Young junior, John Young, George Mole, Alexander Pirie and Alexander Mackie, all merchants in Aberdeen. The Council elected the following four members of the old Council to be members of the new Council: Provost James Hadden, Baillie William Shepherd, Baillie Robert Garden and Provost Thomas Leys. (139v - 140r)

The Council elected Convener John Leslie, goldsmith, and Deacon George Laurence, weaver, to be Trades councillors. (140r)

The Council (and John Pittendreigh, John Allan, Daniel Mowat, Alexander Duffus and John More, Burgesses of Guild, as Assistants) elected the following office bearers for the year 1803 to 1804:

Baillie Robert Garden - Second Baillie
Thomas McCombie - Third Baillie
George Tower - Youngest Baillie
John Young - Dean of Guild
William Johnston - Treasurer

The Council elected Provost Thomas Leys, Baillie Robert Garden and Baillie Thomas McCombie to be Keepers of the Keys of the Town's Charter Chest for the year 1803 to 1804. (140v)

The Council elected for the year 1803 to 1804 the Provost, the four Baillies, the Dean of Guild, Provost Hadden, Baillie Duguid, Baillie Lumsden, Baillie Murray and Mr Alexander More as Commissioners of Infeftments; and the two Trades councillors as Auditors of the Town's Accounts. (140v)
