The Council allocated aid from the Poor's Fund to the following applicants:
Jean and Helen Dunn, daughters of the late Isaac Dunn, hosier and Burgess in Aberdeen - £4 each
Margaret Burgess, relict of the late Robert Burgess, seedsman and Burgess - £2 for herself and an orphan's bursary of £3 for her daughter
Robert Spark, Burgess, residing at Cookston - £5
Janet Wallace, widow of the late William Mackie, Burgess - £3
A child of Mrs Sarah Mearns, widow of the deceased John Ferguson, late druggist in Aberdeen - £4 (orphan's bursary)
Margaret Smith, grand-daughter of the deceased William Spark, late shipmaster and Burgess - an orphan's bursary of £3 for her daughter of about ten years of age who was born deaf and dumb
A child of the late William Strachan, baker - £4 (orphan's bursary)
The following pensioners were granted additional sums to their existing pensions from the Poor's Fund:
Mrs Patricia Rolland, spouse to William Darling, late printer in Edinburgh and a relation of Mrs Katharine Rolland, the mortifier - 5 guineas in addition to her present pension of 10 guineas
Ann Leighton, relict of James Melven, late merchant and Burgess - an orphan's bursary of £4 to be continued to her youngest son, Robert, in place of George who has died
Mrs Jane Duncan, relict of the deceased Robert Duncan, Burgess - £3
Thomas Turriff, late merchant and Burgess - £2 in addition to £6 formerly paid him per warrant, now to be continued on the pension list for £8
Catharine Smith, widow of the deceased James Robson, Burgess in Aberdeen - £2
George Lawson, son of James Lawson, Burgess - £2
Elizabeth Chalmers, daughter of the deceased Robert Chalmers, stationer in Aberdeen - £1
William Naughton, Burgess, residing in Aberdeen - £2 per warrant
William Cruickshank, late hosier - £1
Elizabeth Reid, daughter of William Reid of Glassel - £2
The Council directed all other pensions from the Town's Funds to be continued unaltered.

The Council approved the sale by public roup of the feu of a piece of waste ground, part of the Lands of Whitemyres belonging to the Treasurer [measurements given], lately enclosed by Dr Robertson of Hazlehead by mistake, bounded on the north-east by the Skene Turnpike Road, on the south by a road leading to Hazlehead and on the west by the march of the Lands of Hazlehead. The land was taken by William Gibbon junior, merchant, on behalf of the said Dr Robertson, at the annual feu duty of 10 shillings. (246r - 246v)

The Council fixed 19 December 1812 to elect a successor to the Rev Mr James Paull, Preacher in the College Church, as a result of his intention to vacate his charge in the course of three months hence. (246v)
