The Council approved the sale by public roup of the leases for three years of eight lots of land, situated on the south side of the Town of Torry now belonging to the Treasurer, to Gregory Cumine and others at an annual rent of £62. (43v)

The Council appointed the Taxers and Stent Masters for the year Martinmas 1807 to Martinmas 1808: Thomas McCombie and George Tower, present Baillies; James Young junior, Dean of Guild; Alexander Pirie, Treasurer; Alexander Fraser, late Dean of Guild; John Donald, late Treasurer; William Shepherd and William Lumsden, Baillies; Messrs William Duthie, George Thomson, Charles Walker, John Collison, George Storey, George Burnett, Robert Tower, William Pirie, John Catto and John Symon, all merchants; William Kennedy and Duncan Davidson, advocates; Deacon John Leith, coppersmith, and Deacon David Reid, wright, the two Trades councillors.
The Council directed the Taxers and Stent Masters to raise the following sums: £526 10 shillings for the King's Subsidy for the year Martinmas 1806 to Martinmas 1807; £152 10 shillings 1 pence 8/12 for the Town's Eque, Missive Dues and expenses incurred by the Commissioners to the Convention of Royal Burghs; and £29 5 shillings overspend from the previous year's taxation. The Council appointed the Dean of Guild's Assessors for the year Michaelmas 1807 to Michaelmas 1808: Charles Farquharson and Alexander Galen Esqs, present Baillies; William Young, John Dingwall, Thomas Leys, Alexander Brebner and James Hadden, all merchants and late Provosts; Alexander Fraser, late Dean of Guild; Baillie William Shepherd, Messrs Alexander More, Gavin Hadden and Robert Tower, all merchants. (44v - 45r)

The Council approved the application by Messrs Young & Bryce, cotton cloth manufacturers in Aberdeen, to erect a small bridge across the Denburn, opposite their factory. (45r)

The Council set 9 December 1807 to administer the Poor's Fund. (45r)
The Treasurer was instructed to grant bond to Mr John Donald, merchant in Aberdeen, for the sum of £1000 with interest, as authorised by the Act of Council of 26 May 1807. (45r - 45v)
