The Council approved the sale by public roup of the lease for fourteen years on the houses and dockyard at Footdee, held by John Rae, merchant, to the same John Rae at £60 annual feu duty. (90v - 91r)

The Council remitted to a committee of the magistrates, Dean of Guild and Treasurer, or any three of them, the sale by public roup of the feu stances on either side of St Nicholas Street. (91r)

The Council agreed to allow James Singer, Overseer of the Coal Metters, an increase of £5 to his present salary of £5. The Council also appointed John Thomson, Thomas Burgess and John Leslie to be metters at the shore. (91r)

The Council remitted to the magistrates the sale by public roup of the lease for fourteen years of the southmost plot of ground at Footdee, occupied by William Stephen, carpenter, at £10. (91r - 91v)

The Council approved the lease to Peter Patillo, wood merchant, of a small piece of waste ground next to his wood yard at Pynernook for the remainder of his lease at an annual rent of £4. (91v)
