| Description | Council meeting, 6 March 1810 [Sederunt given] The Council approved the alterations to the proposed Harbour Bill suggested by the committee appointed to promote its passage through Parliament. Namely that the committee for auditing the accounts should be increased from six to seven people, to include the Convener of the County of Aberdeen, that no alterations to the plan as laid out in the Bill be made unless sanctioned by the committee, and that foreign vessels, instead of paying double Shore and Harbour Dues, should pay only one third more than those belonging to the Burgesses of Guild.
